The WMBA in partnership with Basketball Manitoba is very excited to announce that it will be returning for the second year an outdoor 3on3 summer basketball league for this July and August. The league is open to males and females ages 15U, 17U and 18+. The league will feature 12 games plus playoffs and will run week nights beginning in July. The games will take place at 6 outdoor locations throughout Winnipeg featuring the courts built by the WMBA Foundation over the least 6 years.KEY INFORMATION
- Dates: July 14th - August 28th, 2014 (Weekday evenings)
- Times: In between 6:00pm - 9:00pm
- Location: Various WMBA courts around the city
- Deadline: Sunday July 13th, 2014, 11:59 PM
- Ages: 15 to 99, males and females
- Age Divisions: 8 different categories (no coed divisions)
- Team Size: 4 players each (3 on the court plus one sub)
- League Fee: $375 for a team of 4; Competitive Division is $400
- Guaranteed Games: All teams will receive a minimum of 12 games each + Playoff rounds
- Rules: All games will be played using FIBA rules - read full FIBA 3x3 Rules
- Rule Modifications: Game times are 25 minutes each or 21 points, whichever occurs first. Competitive Male/Female Divisions will use a 12 second shot clock and a size 6 basketball.
- Prizes: Awards will be presented to the top team in each category
- Competitive Male/Female Divisions Prize: The winning team will receive cash, championship T - Shirt, and gift cards.

- 15U Male (Born in 1999 or later)
- 17U Male (Born in 1997 or later)
- 18+ Men (Born in 1996 or earlier)
- Competitive Men - Age 18+ (Born in 1996 or earlier)
- 16U Female (Born in 1998 or later)
- 18U Female (Born in 1996 or later)
- 18+ Women (Born in 1996 or earlier)
- Competitive Women - Age 19+ (Born in 1995 or earlier)
