This basketball camp is primarily designed (though not exclusively) for students planning to play on the varsity team for the upcoming school year or those who have been playing varsity-level basketball (boys or girls). The camp will focus on developing an offensive mindset to enhance your offensive performance.

About Coach Matej Maroti
Played all five positions on a basketball court and have been a part of the Manitoba Basketball Community for over 30 years.
Education: Graduate of River East Collegiate (locally undefeated season - AAAA Provincial Champions)
Achievements: Averaged a triple-double for the entire grade 12 season; two-time Basketball Manitoba Provincial Team member; five-year student-athlete at The University of Winnipeg; four-time GPAC (Canada West Conference currently) season-end All-Star Selection (2 first, 2 second team selections); Wesmen single-game scoring record holder
Coaching Experience: Former assistant coach at both The University of Winnipeg and The University of Manitoba Men's basketball teams; former head coach of the U17 North American Indigenous Games boys Manitoba provincial basketball team; high school coach (boys and girls)
