FIBA, the International Basketball Federation announced today that former Manitoba basketball Referee, Al Rae is part of the 2007 induction class that will be inducted into the FIBA world basketball hall of fame this September.  Al was inducted in the Manitoba Basketball Hall of Fame in 1998 and the Canada Basketball Hall of Fame in 2000.  Joining Al with the 2007 induction class include basketball legends Dean Smith (North Carolina coach) and Bill Russell (NBA legend) among other key figures from the world of basketball.  Al's longtime contribution to basketball includes...
