To build on last year’s success we are announcing that Junior Varsity
program is holding an identification camp for all those players
interested in playing on this team for the upcoming season. Legendary
former Wesmen coach Vic Pruden returns as head coach. Vic is eager to
get a look at prospective players and has set the camp dates for Sat
June 21 from 6pm – 8:30pm and Sun June 22 from 6pm – 8:30pm at the
Duckworth Centre at the University of Winnipeg.

This men’s team will play a 2008-09 schedule against Canadian and US collegiate teams and compete in the CPAC (Central Plains Athletic Conference) League that includes teams from Red River College, Canadian Mennonite University and St. Boniface College.
Registration for the camp is free and any player that will be attending university in the fall are welcome to attend. Players interested are asked to pre-register at www.wesmen.ca or may register in person the day of the camp. Alternatively players may confirm their attendance by emailing duckworth@uwinnipeg.ca
