Athlete Investment Program

Athlete Investment Program Initiative

Investment is a concept I have always used with our players in achieving success and excellence, it means:

"a devoting, using, or giving of time, talent, emotional energy, etc., as for a purpose or to achieve something: the act of investing with a quality, attribute."

From a coaching stand point, we have noticed one trend with athletes of all levels of development, and that is the inability to lead.  Lack of leadership can hurt most organizations and teams; this is our initiative, and what our program is aimed toward accomplishing.

Athlete`s Investment Program is not for profit. Our program`s goal is to inspire female athletes of all sports in knowing that anything is achievable if you are willing to invest all you have.  Developing essential leadership skills for female athletes of today; knowing you have the power to change and guide your own future toward success and excellence; and most importantly, gaining self-esteem & self-confidence to provide ownership and leadership.

We will facilitate to help find the leader within and to gain a visionary mindset in achieving your goals. With leadership you have the ability to influence others in a positive way while you must have valuable knowledge with understanding yourself, others around you and the ability to self-motivate, and motivate others.

One of the greatest feelings and attitudes is the feeling of inspiration and in order to be successful and achieve excellence, we must first, change our mindset. When we do that, we grow and gain control in knowing that we have the ability to change our actions.  To be the best you must know that self motivation is valuable, along with, the will and desire to adapt to change.
