basketball future. We are growing and looking for passionate
student-athletes to represent our women’s basketball program in the
coming years. We want to play an up-tempo style and are looking for
athletes that are willing to work hard to achieve success on the
basketball court, in the classroom, and in their personal development.
As reported in The Globe and Mail – 2011 Canadian University Report – Trinity Western received an A+ in the principal categories: Quality of Education, Student-Faculty Interaction, Class Size and overall Atmosphere. This year marks a fifth consecutive A+ in quality of education for TWU, something achieved by no other university in Canada.
Located in Langley, B.C., just down the No. 1 Hwy from Vancouver, TWU is a not-for-profit Christian liberal arts university enrolling over 4,000 students. With a broad based, liberal arts and sciences curriculum, the University offers undergraduate degrees in 41 major areas of study ranging from business, education and computer science to biology and nursing, and 17 other graduate degrees including counseling, psychology, theology and administrative leadership.
The Spartans compete in the highly competitive Canada West division of CIS basketball, and can offer academic and athletic awards as well as grants and endowments. We encourage athletes to check us out at www.twu.ca as well as www.gospartans.ca for information on our athletics department.
