The 2010 Basketball Manitoba Super Coaches Clinic Grand Prize Winner Darrell Nicholson recently returned from the NIKE Championship Coaches Clinic in Las Vegas in May. The event is billed as the world's largest basketball coaches clinic. Darrell was the grand prize winner from last fall's Super Coaches Clinic held in Winnipeg which attracted 390 coaches. The Las Vegas NIKE Championship Basketball Clinic is the largest event of its kind and traditionally draws the 'who's who' of the NCAA coaching ranks. The 2011 Basketball Manitoba Super Coaches Clinic will take place at the University of Winnipeg Duckworth Centre and will run October 21-22.
