The Winnipeg Minor Basketball Association has announced details on its annual HoopFest interactive skills event. HoopFest is an annual skills based competition held at the completion of the Fall / Winter season for WMBA community club players ages 4-11. The event will take place on Saturday, March 16th at the University of Winnipeg Duckworth Centre.
