Use your iBook anywhere
One of the key advantages to the Coaching Manitoba iBook is its portability. The iPad is designed to be carried around and moved from location to location. Once your iBook has been downloaded and installed, it is always available, no matter your location. iBooks do not require a connection to the internet in order to operate. They do not need Wi-Fi or cellular phone service to work. This means that they are ideally suited for demonstrations on the field of play & in the gym.
The iBooks are available for iPad, iPad Mini, and Mac OS X
Coaching Manitoba’s full feature digital iBooks are available only for Apple iPad and iPad mini. However, Apple has indicated that their iBook reader will be expanded to work on Mac desktop computers in their newest update to Mac OS. This update is scheduled to be released in the fall of 2013.
“In 2013, tablet shipments will exceed those of portable PCs.” (IDC-May 28, 2013)
