
Camp Details...
The camp is designed to prepare the camper for their upcoming spring basketball season, as well as Provincial Team Tryouts being held in May.
- Each Session is 3 hours long
- Each session will have a 1 hour (Dynamic warm-up and Basketball specific conditioning component.)
- Each Session will have a 1 hour Technical Shooting Component.
- The remanding hour of each session will have a rotation of drills to cover all aspects of the game of basketball.
- All drills will have a physical component designed to focus on conditioning, balance and strength.
- As in all Mayhem programming, high level of focus, and effort level is an expectation.
- For beginners the sessions will have a high level of teaching concepts with focus on proper technique and willingness to try, rather than results
- The campers will use many if not all the following equipment:
- Balance boards
- 6 inch hurdles
- 12 inch hurdles
- 30 foot agility Ladders
- Ankle tension bands
- Kettle bells
- 10 - weighted Men's basketballs
- 10 - weighted Women's basketballs
- Football Large Blocking pads for Post Play
- Cones and Pylons
Additional Information...
- Each session costs : $ 35
- Camper can register for as many, or as few of the sessions they need.
- For campers that attend 2 sessions per day the evening session will be a Shooting Session.

- Thursday April 3 9 am - Noon
- Thursday April 3 6 pm - 9 pm
- Friday April 4 9 am - Noon
- Friday April 4 6 pm - 9 pm
Sessions will be held at Winakwa Community Centre - 980 Winakwa Rd. (In Windsor Park Area)
There is only 20 spots available for each session and we will accept registrations on a first come first serve basis.
