Schepp talked about Medrano, "We are very excited to add Joseph to our Bison family. As the 2014 MHSAA AAAA player of the year, he has proven himself to be an outstanding prospect for the next level. He is the best shooter in Manitoba and a leader for the powerhouse Sisler Spartans program plus the Manitoba Canada Summer Games Team. At Sisler, Joe has been extremely well coached by Bison Alumni Scott Martin and has been a winner at every level. Joe's dynamic scoring and shooting ability should fit very well into our up-tempo style of play."
