The Kraft Celebration Tour supports grassroots sports by awarding up to $100,000 to projects that enable communities to build better places to play. Whether that’s improving an outdoor basketball court, upgrading recreation centres, or creating parks – the goal is to inspire healthy active living at all ages. All winning communities also host a live broadcast of Canada’s #1 sports news program, SportsCentre on TSN – enabling them to shine the national spotlight on their community and local sports programs.Nominations close on Friday, June 6, 2014.

Kraft Celebration Tour (KCT) connects Canadians through sharing stories of community pride, perseverance and the love of sport. Over the past 5 years, we have awarded $1,250,000 to help communities just like yours to build better places to play. Whether that’s creating parks, improving baseball fields, or upgrading basketball courts – we want to celebrate and inspire communities to be more active.Beginning Friday, April 25th you can nominate your community project for a chance to win 1 of 10 community awards!
Our judging panel will then select the Top 10 Winning Community Finalists who will become a stop on this year’s Kraft Celebration Tour. Each will receive a community celebration and a live TSN SportsCentre broadcast from their community. RDS Sports 30 Le Magazine will also broadcast from the winning Quebec community.
New in 2014, we are giving away more prizing than ever before! The Top 10 winning community finalists will go head-to-head in an online voting battle to determine who will win the Grand Prize of $100,000 for their community project. The remaining finalists will each receive a Secondary Prize of $25,000 for their community project.
