The polices come from either Sport Manitoba or Canada Basketball who have created the policy for adoption by a Provincial Sport Organization (PSO) like Basketball Manitoba. These policies along with the other existing ones are by default adopted and immediately applicable to all of Basketball Manitoba's member associations, leagues and clubs unless the party holds their own statements on the matter.
