The Winnipeg Wesmen are doing something different for this year’s Wesmen Classic. The wesmen want you to design the image that goes on the poster and program cover. The winner will be introduced at the Wesmen Classic News Conference on December 8th and will help unveil the design.
Who: open to anyone 17 years and under.
What: We are looking for original artwork that can either be done by hand or computer generated. Artwork should be submitted on 8.5” x 11” paper and done in a portrait (vertical) orientation. The theme is “A Winnipeg Christmas tradition (Wesmen, Christmas and basketball)”.
When: All artwork should be submitted no later than Friday November 14th, 2014. All entries should be forwarded to Dave Crook – Duckworth Centre 400 Spence St R3B 2E9 or d.crook@uwinnipeg.ca
Cost: Zero
Prize: The chosen artwork will be the cover art for the Classic program and poster. The artwork may also be displayed in the media, on social media, the Wesmen and U of W website, Facebook, etc. The chosen artist will receive
