Between them, Coaches Dale Swirsky (Winnipeg Fury Basketball) and Greg Jackson-Davis (Head of Basketball, SJR) have designed and led four different elementary aged basketball camps in the last three years – each one receiving rave reviews from players and parents alike. The camp is designed for beginner and intermediate players ages 7-11. We will build fundamental skills and apply these skills in basketball-related play. We will have a lot of FUN!
Dates: August 10-14, 2015
Time: 9am-12noon
Place: St. John’s-Ravenscourt School, Richardson Gym
Ages and Levels: Boys & Girls, ages 7-11, beginner & intermediate, 20 participant maximum.
First 20 paid registrants will be accepted.
Coaches:
- Dale Swirsky – certified teacher, Level 2 NCCP, Respect in Sport; Currently Fury Club Girls’
- Coach; 15 years coaching experience
- Greg Jackson-Davis – certified teacher, 1st aid & CPR, Level 1 NCCP, Respect in Sport; Currently U13 Boys’ Coach, Head of Basketball & Junior School Teacher at SJR; 18 years coaching experience
