Norquay Community Centre Offering Late Night Basketball on Wednesday Nights All Summer

Norquay Community Centre at 65 Granville Street in Winnipeg's Point Douglas neighborhood is offering an open gym for basketball pick-up games on Wednesday nights from 9:00 pm to midnight all summer.  Any player ages 13 and up is welcome to join then through to the end of August.  For details, contact Rita Richard at nccentre@mymts.net or (204) 943-6897.

Norquay is the site of a new outdoor basketball court build that will mirror the other quality courts recently built in the city at Garden City, Dakota, Whyte Ridge, Kirkfield Westwood and Oxford Heights.  The new state of the art court will be open by this fall.  Pictured below is Denis Richard of the club on the site of the new outdoor court construction.
