The North End Community Renewal Corporation (NECRC), in partnership with Aboriginal Music Week, North End non-profit organizations and our many sponsors, is pleased to announce the 17th annual Picnic in the Park.
The Picnic in the Park is a free community event that started in 1999. Picnic celebrates the cultural diversity of the North End and aims to present a positive image of the community. The event now has over 4,000 community members attending and that number continues to grow.
The event includes free food, children’s activities, cultural entertainment, prizes, artist and craft sales and organization information booths. The Picnic will take place rain or shine:
