AI is here to help you prepare for your school or club tryouts and school season! Are YOU an athlete who will be playing in the post or power forward position this season? Are you open to learning and improving your post skills from dedicated experienced coaches? Take advantage of Athlete Initiative’s (4 session) post skills camp starting October 4th – October 25th.
Our coaches with over 30 years of playing and coaching experience will teach you the basic post fundamentals as well as teach you key skills and components that have helped them flourish in the post position for their respective high school and university teams.

ALL SKILL LEVELS ARE WELCOMED!
POST SKILLS THAT WE WILL COVER ARE THE FOLLOWING:
- Basic foot work and fundamentals
- How to get offensive & defensive positioning
- Explosive power moves from the block and elbow, different finishes
- Reading defence and double teams
- Understanding special awareness and using your strengths
- Post work - home exercises
