The second season of the Life of Peg Basketball League is underway and will run through the winter out of R.B. Russell School in Winnipeg. The Life of Peg Association of Manitoba is a new group which started on Facebook in September 2013. The main objective on its creation is to connect newly landed immigrants and concerned Filipino-Canadian citizens in Winnipeg. The Life of Peg was created to support people in their daily lives and challenges in a new country.The League Championships will occur on March 19, at RB Russell School.
