Basketball Manitoba is pleased to announce that Rick Torbett of Basketball Basketball and the Read and React basketball system is coming back to Winnipeg October 21 & 22 to present at the Basketball Manitoba Super Coaches Clinic and will be hosting a special 2 day basketball camp for teen aged athletes. Rick was last in Winnipeg in 2012 for the SCC and a series of player camps. Rick is best known for creating and developing the Read and React position-less basketball offensive system. The Read & React evolves every time a new coach adopts it and makes the paradigm shift with their program. To bring you the absolute latest and greatest the offense has to offer, Rick has re-engineered the system since first being here in 2012 to help coaches better teach and understand the concepts.
There will be a boys camp and a girls camp that run during the day on Friday (SAGE school in-service day) and Saturday.
