JCC Maccabi Games Basketball Coach Needed

A head basketball coach is needed for the JCC Maccabi Games. Applicants must...

• have experience coaching young athletes. 
• have an ability to communicate effectively with them
• be responsible
• be 21 years of age or older
• be able to meet at least 1x/week to train athletes at the Rady JCC until the team leaves for the Maccabi Games. Times and days to be determined in consultation with the Delegation Head.

The team will be made up of female players ages 13-16.

The Rady JCC will cover the costs travel to and from the Games, food and accommodations associated with JCC Maccabi Games.

Other Information:
There will be 4 players from Winnipeg and we will be joined by 3 more in Columbus. Players will be between the ages of 13-16
Coaches may be asked to share a hotel room with another coach of the same gender
Potential coaches must complete a background check and an online registration
There will be an Opening Ceremony Sunday July 24. Competition will run July 25-28. Closing Ceremonies will be Thursday July 28 in the evening
