The Manitoba Rebels Basketball Club has announced they will be running a 3 day basketball camp run out of Maples Collegiate on July 4th, 5th and 6th from 1:00PM – 3:00PM. The focus of the camps is “Offensive Minded” for boys age groupings 9-11 and 12-15. The program will run for 3 days with 2 hours of instruction each day lead by Dirk Leavesley, Director of the program and Harold Memita, Providence Pilots Guard.
The camp will focus on Offense and will have instruction on the following:
- Form Shooting
- Attacking the rim and shot selection
- Reading the Defense and decision making in the half court setting
Cost of the camp is $100 for the 3 days and the registration form is located below and camp is limited to 20 participants. Prior Rebels players (from any previous season) are being offered a discounted rate of $80.00 for the 3 days.
