SCHEDULE RELEASED: The Fury Basketball Club has announced they will be hosting a special basketball tournament named in memory of coach Dale Swirsky on November 4-5 at St. John's Ravenscourt School in Winnipeg. The tournament is open to girls basketball teams born 2000/2001, 2002/2003 and 2005 and offers a 3 game guarantee. Deadline to register is October 21, 2017 with a registration fee of $300 per team. Proceeds from the tournament will to to support financially disadvantaged youth in sport. All teams will be insured by Basketball Manitoba and staffed by MABO certified officials.
