OFFICIAL OPENING: PBA Fall / Winter Club Basketball League Details Announced

OFFICIAL OPENING SUN NOV 5: The Philippine Basketball Association opening of its 17th season at Garden City Collegiate (711 Jefferson Ave) is set for Sunday November 5 at 9:00 am.  The morning will include a Presentation of the Teams, a Best in Uniform competition and Miss PBA competition.  The winner of Miss PBA award will then represent Winnipeg in 2018 FBA NA in Montreal..

OPEN TO ALL CLUB TEAMS

• JR TYKES - Born 2009 and under
• TYKES- Born 2007 and under
• PEEWEE-Born 2005 and under
• JR BANTAM BOYS & GIRLS- Born 2004
• BANTAM GIRLS- Born 2003
• BANTAM BOYS - Born 2002 and under
• BOYS & GIRLS- Born 2000 and under
• JUVENILE- Born 1997 and under
• LADIES OPEN- No Age Limit

ALL FILIPINO CONFERENCE

• SENIORS- Born 1986 and Older (32 & OVER)
• VETERANS- Born 1979 and older (39 & OVER)
• MASTER- Born 1970 and older (48 & OVER)
• MEN'S OPEN -No Age Limit

FORMAT:
MINIMUM OF 10 GAMES INCLUDING PLAYOFFS/SEMI-FINALS/FINALS

• 8 mins per quarter stop time for all Club Teams.
• 25 mins per half running time for All Filipino Conference
• Reg Fee for Club Teams : $1,250.00
• Reg Fee for All Filipino conference: $ 1,100.00
• Season start on Nov. 6, 2017 at GC Collegiate 9:00 AM
• Projection Schedule and subject to change: Games only every Sunday.
• All club Teams start Nov to Dec for the first round and March to May for the 2nd round up to Finals.
• All Filipino Conference start January to April.
