Canada Basketball's Men’s High Performance Program have announced they will be conducting open tryouts for the 2019 Junior Men’s (U19) National Team beginning Saturday, June 8th at Humber College North Campus.
The tryouts are open to Canadian make athletes born on January 1, 2000 or later, who have a valid Canadian passport. Players will be assessed by National Team coaches for potential inclusion in the Training Camp, immediately following the open tryout.
This summer, the U19 team will travel to Heraklion, Greece, and defend Canada’s 2017 FIBA U19 Gold Medal. The full list of dates are below. NOTE, It is important to discuss the schedule with your school and make sure you do not have any conflicts, prior to the open tryout!
