Lucas has a willingness to learn and develop as a player and person. Coach Pierre comments about this by saying, “I’m very enthusiastic about Lucas joining the team. He’s bringing size and energy in the paint as well as a solid presence in defence. I know that he is willing to learn to play at the next level and I’m excited to see what he’s going to bring to our team. Lucas is the first addition to this freshmen class and the first player matching our recruiting goal, which is to bring more size in our roster.”
