CAMP CANCELLED: Message from camp director:
Dear Basketball Players,
I regret to confirm today (June 5, 2020) the cancellation of our summer camp in Winnipeg next month due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Between all the restrictions and confusion in terms of travel, facilities closure and team sports regulations this summer, the measures of health authorities changing on a daily basis and the unemployment rate at a new high in Canada, I have no choice but to cancel our Basketball camp.
I know our coaches and I were looking forward to helping again the campers and we are all
frustrated by this unexpected situation. I know that a passionate player won’t need a coach to encourage him to play, practice, watch or talk Basketball as much as possible because for him or I, “Basketball is Life and rest is just details”. We find ourselves in a terrible state when we are deprived of the sport we love.
I also know that real ballers wash their hands often, pandemic or not and are leaders by nature.

Details of the "Get Buckets Basketball Summer Camp" are now confirmed. The Skills Development camp where young players learn the game of basketball celebrates 10 years this summer in Winnipeg. The camp is open to boys born 2006 to 2010 and will run from Monday, July 6th to Friday, July 10th at the University of St Boniface.
Coaches at the camp include Herve Vincent, Mike Holloway, Sherwin Vasallo and Robert Tibbs.
Bring your passion and your ball and be ready to train, learn and improve with 12hrs 30min of on-court training. Register early, first come first serve basis, spots are limited. To register, send full name and birth year to the coach at canadaherve@hotmail.com.
