Winnipeg Wesmen alumni Lena Wenke has announced she has signed a professional basketball contract with the hometown basketball club in Germany for the upcoming season. The ASC 46 Göttingen basketball club plays in the second division in Germany and will join fellow Wesmen alumnus Kerri Kuzbyt who re-signed with the same club last month.The 23-year-old will be completing her master's degree in psychology at the PFH Private University of Applied Sciences Göttingen and still wants to continue playing high-level basketball on the side.
