The Winnipeg Minor Basketball Association and Peg City Basketball have announced a youth basketball camp for girls ages 8-18 on August 31 to September 4, 2020, at Sport Manitoba. Join the WMBA and Peg City Basketball for a 5-day player development clinic featuring Wesmen players Faith Hezekiah, Mikayla Funk, Abby Benson and Maltha Uwambajimana.
Players will be put through 1.5-hour training sessions each day with the Wesmen athletes. The girls only camp will adhere to all provincial health guidelines to ensure the safety of all participants.
Clinic Focus:
Time: 12:30 pm - 2:00 pm
Venue: Canada Games Sport For Life Centre, 145 Pacific Ave. Winnipeg
Ages: Girls Ages 8-18
Cost: $125 (Registration includes all 5 sessions)

Please note that the above basketball program has been approved by Basketball Manitoba as part of the Return to Basketball Plans that were announced on July 3, 2020. The camp will be following the details showed in the plan and will be abiding by the Canada Basketball Phase 2 plans.
