The Furious Fun Basketball Camp has announced its return for the summer of 2022 for its 7th year. New this year, Coaches Ryan Kope and Greg Jackson‐Davis welcome Graham Bodnar to the camp coaching fold.
As always, we welcome and look forward to working with all genders of players who already share a passion for basketball or are just ready to try something new. While the game and basic skills remain the same, we do our best to keep camp fresh, fun and current every year!
Beginner Camp: 9:00am‐Noon. (AUGUST 15-19) ($195)
This camp emphasizes foundational basketball skills through an active, games-based approach. This camp is for those entering Grades 4-7 &/or who have limited basketball experience, but also for young players now ready for beyond-basic skill and team-play development that will build upon the foundational skills.
Experienced Camp: 1:00‐4:00pm. (AUGUST 15-19) ($195)
This camp offers more advanced training to compete & improve skill to the team-leader level—on offense, on defense, with or without the ball, playing the right way. This camp is for those entering Grades 7-10 &/or those who have significant basketball experience and/or are looking “up their game" in preparation for next season.

St. John’s‐Ravenscourt School, 400 South Dr. (Reimer Gym); August 15-19; $195 per player
IMPORTANT NOTE: If the camp is cancelled due to COVID-19 concerns/restrictions, you will receive a 95% refund.

- Ryan Kope – currently coaching 204 Elite Boys Club, 2005 Jr. Bisons Boys Club, SJR U14 girls; previously Head Coach of Providence College Men’s Basketball team; over 20 years of basketball coaching experience; certified teacher, 1st aid & CPR, Level 1 NCCP, Respect in Sport.
- Greg Jackson‐Davis – 2022-23 SJR Varsity Boys coach; recent coach of U14 Jr. Bisons boys club & SJR U13 boys teams; previously Head Coach of Tirol Basketball Association Schools Program, Austria; SJR Head of Basketball; over 20 years of basketball coaching experience; certified teacher, 1st Aid & CPR, Level 1 NCCP, Respect in Sport.
- Graham Bodnar – currently playing for the Canadian Deaf 3x3 National Team; previously played Professional 3x3 in Japan; over 20 years of basketball coaching experience at the Junior High, High School, and University levels (including Head Coach of the Providence College Women's Basketball Team and Assistant Coach with the 15U Boys Provincial Team); certified teacher, 1st aid & CPR, Respect in Sport.
