Atlas Basketball has announced the formation of the first age group of their Club Basketball Program for boys born in 2009. Tryouts will be held August 22-23 from 7:30 - 9:00 pm at MBCI Red Gym. There will be a $20 tryout fee.
Athletes that make the team will practice twice a week, play in the Peg City Youth League and tournaments, and will get a base gear package that includes a jersey and warmup shirt. The team will be coached by current University of Winnipeg Assistant Coach and Atlas Founder Matt Dyck, who is extremely excited to get back into coaching youth athletes in a team setting.
