October 13, 2022, Winnipeg MB - Sport Manitoba awarded $21,600 in academic scholarships to 17 high school students, six university students, and six Manitoba coaches. The awards included the Manitoba Foundation for Sports Scholarships, Sport Manitoba Coaching Bursaries, Fleming Family Hockey Coach Scholarship supported by Jennifer Fleming, and Princess Royal Pan Am Scholarship Endowment Fund.

$500 High School Scholarship - Ayva Khan (Winnipeg - River Heights) is a multi-sport athlete in basketball, track and field, and volleyball, and graduated from Vincent Massey Collegiate Institute.
Brooke Schrader (Winnipeg - Deer Lodge) is a multi-sport athlete in basketball, volleyball and rowing, and graduated from Westwood Collegiate. Dana Goertzen (Winnipeg - Lakeside Meadows) is a multi-sport athlete in track and field, soccer, and hockey, and graduated from Balmoral Hall School. Dylan Gldsworthy (Oakbank) is a multi-sport athlete in hockey, volleyball, and track and field, and graduated from Miles Macdonell Collegiate. Hunter Jacobucci, (Winnipeg - King Edward) plays beach and indoor volleyball and basketball, and graduated from Sturgeon Heights Collegiate. Ian McPeek (Winnipeg - Valhalla) is a multi-sport athlete in cross country, volleyball, golf, speed skating, hockey, and baseball and graduated from West Kildonan Collegiate. Jonah Norman (Winnipeg - Royalwood) is a multi-sport athlete in baseball, hockey, and volleyball, and graduated from St. Pauls High School. Jordan Diacos (Winnipeg - Birchwood) is a fencer and graduated from Oak Park High School. Kamryn Brown (Thompson) plays basketball and curls, and graduated from R. D. Parker Collegiate. Kate-Leigh Heapy (Oak River) is a multi-sport athlete in volleyball, badminton, and softball, and graduated from Hamiota Collegiate Institute. Kendra Penner (La Salle) plays ringette and sails, and graduated from Sanford Collegiate. Rowan Parnell (Winnipeg - Sturgeon Creek) is a multi-sport athlete in curling, volleyball, and badminton, and graduated from Sturgeon Heights Collegiate. Ryder Duncan (Winnipeg - Meadowood) is a multi-sport athlete in volleyball, baseball, and basketball, and graduated from Centre Scholaire Léo Rémillard. Sarah Ekosky (Selkirk) is a multi-sport athlete in volleyball, badminton, and soccer, and graduated from Collège Louis-Riel.
