Today on the Basketball Manitoba Podcast we have Manny Aranez.
He is the Founder and Commissioner of the Philippine Basketball Association of Winnipeg (PBA).
The league was founded in 2001 with just seven teams and now features more than 114 teams with 14 divisions from youth to senior. The league's mission is to assist youth in our community to discover their potential in playing the sport of basketball.
He was elected Commissioner of the Filipino Basketball Association of North America from 2014-18.
He is a Manitoba Basketball Hall of Fame member Class of 2021.
