The Manitoba Colleges Athletic Conference (MCAC) basketball season showcased numerous highlights and award-winning performances throughout the 2022-23 regular season. Both women’s and men’s basketball All-Conference and co-Player of the Year awards were selected before the start of the MCAC Championship weekend, which runs on February 10 and 12 and is hosted by Canadian Mennonite University (CMU).
