WMBA Foundation Scholarship Applications Now Open - Deadline June 9

The WMBA Foundation has announced that it will be awarding two scholarships to provide financial assistance to boys and girls graduating from high school. The awards are geared towards those who have plans to further their education in college or university and intend on pursuing excellence in playing, refereeing, convening, or coaching basketball. The award will recognize those who have demonstrated extraordinary commitment to basketball and have been an ambassador for the WMBA by promoting the league in the community.

Up to $500 is available for the selected male and female applicants.

Basketball Manitoba is dedicated to the promotion and development of basketball in Manitoba! We are the governing body of the sport in Manitoba and want to get you involved as a player, coach, official, volunteer or fan! TOGETHER WE GROW BASKETBALL!
