2023 Manitoba Provincial Team Rosters Announced

Basketball Manitoba is pleased to formally announce the final training rosters for the 2023 Manitoba Provincial Teams. These four teams – 15U Male, 15U Female, 17U Male and 17U Female, will go on to train and represent the province this summer at the Canada Basketball National Championships in Quebec and Alberta.
This past Saturday, Basketball Manitoba hosted its annual 'Team Toba Day', which included a full day of physical testing, data collection, Under Armour gear distribution, official photographs, program overviews and education sessions on the topics of doping and cannabis use in sport.   

The plans for the summer of 2023 include...

• 15U & 17U Male & Female Teams - Prairie Cup vs Team Sask (Regina) July 1-2
• 15U & 17U Male - Canada Basketball National Championships (Sherbrooke, QC) July 31-Aug 5
• 15U & 17U Female - Canada Basketball National Championships (Calgary, AB) July 31-Aug 5

The teams selected 15 to 16 athletes who will train with the program all summer.  By early July, a final roster of 10 athletes will be selected to attend the National Championships.  The training rosters are...
