Basketball Manitoba is pleased to announce it will host an Age Group National Team ID Camp from Friday, September 29, through Sunday, October 1, at the Sport Manitoba Courts at 145 Pacific Ave. Mike Meeks, Manager of Youth Player Development for Canada Basketball, will be in Winnipeg to host the ID sessions. Canada Basketball will be evaluating Manitoba talent for potential invites to the U17 and U18 National Team training camps.
Athletes are to attend all sessions; decisions on who will be invited to the next session on Saturday will be made as early as session 1 on Friday. Decisions will be made after each session.
Canada Basketball is pleased to announce our 2024 U18 National Team Open Identification camp will be held for athletes born in 2006 or later.
U17 Men’s National Team
Canada Basketball is pleased to announce our 2024 U17 National Team Open Identification camp will be held for athletes born in 2007 and 2008.
ID CAMP SCHEDULE
- Friday, September 29, 2023 - 8:00pm to 10:00pm
- Saturday, September 30, 2023 - 7:00pm to 9:00pm (Invite only)
- Sunday, October 1, 2023 - 2:00pm to 4:00pm (Invite only)
- Sport Manitoba Courts (aka Sport for Life Centre) at 145 Pacific Ave.
- $15 per player is due online at the point of registration.
