Peg City Basketball has announced initial details on its Summer Slam 2024, an exciting event kicking off the Canada Day Celebration at Winnipeg's most historical site, The Forks! This event promises to be a highlight of the summer, bringing together the community for a weekend filled with basketball and entertainment.
Event Details:
Dates: June 29-30, July 1, 2024 (Saturday, Sunday, & Monday)
Location: The Forks (1 Forks Market Rd, Winnipeg, MB)
Registration Deadline: Friday, June 21, 2024, at 11:00 pm (Limited space available!)

- Opening Ceremonies Pow Wow
- 3x3 Basketball Tournament
- Wheelchair Basketball Demonstration

This community event will feature divisions for Youth, Masters, Elite, and Wheelchair basketball, ensuring that players of all ages and abilities can participate and enjoy the festivities.
Tournament Information:
Team Size: 4 players each (3 on the court + 1 sub)
Fee: $200.00 for a team of 4 (*$500 for Men’s Open – Cash Prize)
Guaranteed Games: Minimum of 4 games for each team
