Jr. NBA is a good development option for players seeking to learn fundamental skills in a fun atmosphere. This program is offered throughout the city by various community organizations.
As an alternative to the volunteer-led programs, Jr. NBA with professional trainers (offered exclusively through Peg City) provides athletes with top-tier, elite coaching, ensuring a high-quality, development-focused experience.
10U-17U - Ready to advance?
Club Basketball is the next step for athletes ready to advance to higher levels of play, with many players using club experience as a pathway to high school basketball and beyond.
There are many high-calibre clubs within Winnipeg and surrounding communities.
18+ - Want to keep playing?
Peg City Senior offers a 20-game season with guaranteed playoffs, plus tracking of team and individual statistics. Go hard in competitive or chill in recreational! Learn more.

Peg City Senior Leagues (18+)
This year, we’re proud to announce a new partnership with Boston Pizza! Each week, we'll feature a Player of the Week and celebrate with post-game meetups with team discounts.
What to Expect This Season: - 20-game season, plus guaranteed playoffs
- Consistent scheduling – one game per week (excluding holidays and Super Bowl Sunday)
- Quality scorekeeping and full tracking of team/individual stats
- Top-notch venues like Sport Manitoba Courts and Dakota Fieldhouse
- Divisions built for team parity, based on skill level, ensuring competitive and recreational balance
- Free Agent registration is available for those looking to join a team

Peg City Club League (17U)
Peg City Club Basketball leagues give club-level players an opportunity to compete in high-level, exciting basketball competitions, from grade 5 through grade 12. Club Teams will compete for the Championship in a seeded consolation bracket based on power rankings from the regular season.
