THIS WEEKEND: Canada Basketball Hosting Age Group National Team ID Camp in Wpg for Males Born 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 & 2010 on Sept 21-22

Basketball Manitoba is pleased to announce it will host an Age Group National Team ID Camp on Saturday, September 21 and callbacks on Sunday, September 22 at the Sport Manitoba Courts at 145 Pacific Ave.  Mike Meeks, Manager of Youth Player Development for Canada Basketball, will be in Winnipeg to host the ID sessions.  Canada Basketball will be evaluating Manitoba talent for potential invites to the U16 and U19 National Team training camps.

Athletes are to attend the Saturday session. Decisions will be made after to see who is invited back on Sunday.

U16 Men’s National Team

Canada Basketball is pleased to announce our 2025 U16 National Team Open Identification camp will be held for athletes born in 2009 and 2010.

U19 Men’s National Team

Canada Basketball is pleased to announce our 2025 U19 National Team Open Identification camp will be held for athletes born in 2006, 2007 and 2008. 

ID CAMP SCHEDULE

• U16: Saturday, September 21, 2024 - 12:00pm-2:00pm
• U19: Saturday, September 21, 2024 - 2:00pm-4:00pm

• UPDATED TIME: U16 & U19 Sunday, September 22 - 12:00pm to 2:00pm (Invite only)

CAMP LOCATION

• Sport Manitoba Courts (aka Sport for Life Centre) at 145 Pacific Ave.  

CAMP REGISTRATION FEE 

• $10 per player is due online at the point of registration.
