Families looking to get their kids active this winter can now register for “Basketball Basics,” a foundational program designed for young athletes aged 6-13. Hosted at the Sturgeon Heights Community Centre, this 10-session program focuses on developing essential basketball skills in a fun and engaging environment.
Led by Coach Brad, a seasoned basketball coach with over 20 years of experience working with youth, the program offers tailored instruction for two age groups:
• Ages 6-9: Saturdays from 1:00 to 2:20 PM
• Ages 10-13: Saturdays from 2:30 to 3:50 PM
The winter session runs from January 11 to March 22, 2025. The cost for the full program is $210.
